Comparing MILF Cam Sites by User Reviews
Readers often ask which MILF cam platform has the happiest customers. We went and looked on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The short answer: the big review sites hardly cover these platforms, and the few reviews that exist need careful reading.
What the Review Sites Showed
We checked the two review sites people usually mean when they say "user reviews": Trustpilot and the site at sitejabber.com, which now carries the name SmartCustomer. Both were checked in a browser from the US on November 1, 2026.
| Platform | Trustpilot | SmartCustomer rating | Number of reviews |
|---|---|---|---|
| LiveJasmin | Profile removed | 2.3 out of 5 | 75 |
| Chaturbate | Profile removed | 1.7 out of 5 | 20 |
| Stripchat | Profile removed | 1.5 out of 5 (page claimed by the company) | 43 |
| Jerkmate | Profile removed | 3.0 out of 5 (page claimed by the company) | 2 |
| BongaCams | Profile removed | No reviews yet | 0 |
| CamSoda | Profile removed | No reviews yet (page claimed by Secure Live Media LLC) | 0 |
| Flirt4Free | TrustScore 1.6 from 46 reviews, unclaimed | No reviews; listed under clothing | 0 |
For the first six platforms, Trustpilot now shows a notice saying the business "goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible." So the most famous review site simply has nothing to say about most cam platforms.
Why a Star Rating Won't Settle It
- The samples are tiny. Chaturbate's 20 reviews have to stand for a site where we once counted 4,133 women's rooms live on a single Thursday morning. A handful of angry customers can sink an average that small.
- Some reviewers are performers, not viewers. Several of the lowest Stripchat and LiveJasmin scores come from models describing payout or document checks. Useful to know, but it tells a viewer little about watching.
- Some reviews are adverts. On January 28, 2026, a one-star review appeared on both Chaturbate's and Stripchat's pages pointing readers to the same small rival site. If a complaint ends with a recommendation, treat it as marketing.
- Hardly anyone posts when things go fine. People write after a bad night, not after a pleasant one. Every big platform's page skews negative for that reason alone.
What the Complaints Have in Common
Read past the stars and the same few problems repeat across all three big platforms:
- Refunds after a show that disappointed. Viewers expected one thing in a private and got another.
- Accounts limited or frozen, sometimes in the middle of a billing dispute.
- Being moved off the site. Stripchat reviewers describe being asked to continue on Telegram or WhatsApp and then paying for content that never arrived.
- Charges people say they never authorised.
None of those is really a verdict on one platform. They are warnings about how to use any of them, which is more useful.
A Better Way to Compare
Instead of chasing scores, compare the things each platform publishes about itself:
- Who handles billing. Stripchat's Billing Support page names its three payment companies, Paymentico, Epoch and SegPay, each with its own help desk.
- How refunds are raised. Chaturbate sends complaints about a broadcaster to a support ticket that asks for both usernames, the date and time, and what happened. It also reminds you that tips are voluntary.
- How age is labelled. Stripchat's Mature section opens with the line "All the women here are over forty." Our labels guide explains how each site decides who goes where.
- What you can see before paying. A long free look tells you more than any stranger's review.

Questions
Which MILF cam site has the best user reviews?
Of the three big platforms, LiveJasmin scored highest on SmartCustomer on November 1, 2026: 2.3 out of 5 from 75 reviews. Jerkmate's 3.0 sits on just two reviews, so it means very little.
Why can't I find Chaturbate on Trustpilot?
Trustpilot has removed the profile. Its page says the business goes against Trustpilot's guidelines. The same notice appears for Stripchat, LiveJasmin, Jerkmate, BongaCams and CamSoda.
Can I trust a review that recommends another site?
Be careful. We found the same rival site promoted inside one-star reviews of two different platforms on the same day.
